Why your feet hurt
Your shoes have been working against your feet
Tap a spot to see why it hurts.
-
When your feet are tilted all day, everything above them adjusts to compensate.
In TerraYour weight spreads across the whole foot instead of the ball. -
A raised heel tips you forward, and your knees absorb what your feet cannot.
In TerraNo hard shape pressing on one spot all day. -
A stiff sole stops your foot bending, so the work travels up into your lower legs.
In TerraYour foot moves instead of being held still. -
Your toes are held in a point all day, so the widest part of your foot carries the pressure.
In TerraYour toes splay instead of being pressed into a point.
Nothing pressing. Nothing tilting.

Questions
Terra questions, answered
How should the Terra fit and how do I size it?
The Terra fits true to size for most people, and its shaped toe box means your toes should reach toward the toe definition without cramming. If you are between sizes or have wider feet, size up half a size. These are US sizes, with separate women and men sizing switched by the buttons at the top of the page.
What are they made of and who are they for?
The Terra has a quick dry breathable upper, elastic lacing, and an aggressive lugged tread on an ultra minimalist build. It is made for experienced barefoot wearers who want maximum ground feel across trails, gravel, and mixed terrain.
Why do they have a visible toe box shape?
The visible toe definition gives each toe its own room to splay and grip the ground. That extra spread improves balance and traction, which is the point of a truly minimalist barefoot shoe.
Are these a good first pair of barefoot shoes?
They are best for people who already have barefoot experience. The sole is ultra thin with maximum proprioception, so there is very little between you and the ground. If you are brand new, ease in slowly with short wears, since your feet and calves need time to adapt to so little sole.
How do I clean them?
Brush off dried mud from the tread and upper first. Then wipe the breathable upper with mild soap and lukewarm water, or hand wash gently. Rinse, reshape, and air dry away from direct heat. Avoid the dryer to protect the flexible materials.
What is the difference between the women's and men's Terra?
Same minimalist design and tread across both. The sizing and proportions are what change, so pick your fit using the Women and Men buttons at the top of the page.
What is your return policy?
The Terra comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. If it is not the right fit, reach out within 30 days for a full refund. We ship to the US and CA.
