1. How to Request a Return or Exchange
All return and exchange requests are handled through our return portal. If you still have questions or concerns you can contact us.

Email support@onbarefoot.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
- The reason for your request (sizing issue, comfort concern, defect, etc.)
- Photos of the item(s) in their current condition
2Our Team Reviews Your Request
A member of our support team will personally review your request and respond within 24–48 hours. Depending on your situation, we may:
- Recommend a size exchange if the fit is not right — our team can guide you to the correct size based on your measurements
- Suggest a different style that may better suit your needs
- Approve a return with full instructions if an exchange is not suitable
- Provide additional guidance on the barefoot transition period, as some initial discomfort is normal when switching from conventional footwear
3Receive Authorization & Ship
If a return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with:
- Written confirmation of approval
- The authorized return address
- Instructions for packing your item(s)
Once you have shipped your item, please email us your tracking number so we can monitor the return shipment. You are responsible for selecting and paying for your chosen courier. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:
- The return request was submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
- You have received written authorization from our support team
- The item is unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and inserts are included
- The item was purchased at regular price (non-promotional)
Items NOT Eligible for Return
- Promotional or campaign items (including but not limited to: Buy One Get One Free, Buy Two Get One Free, bundle deals, free gift items, and any discounted promotional orders)
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Worn, washed, or altered products
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items shipped without prior authorization
Refund Details
There is no restocking fee. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return at our facility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs (both outbound and return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day exchange window from the date of delivery for size or color exchanges. We strongly encourage exchanges over returns — our support team is experienced in helping customers find their perfect fit.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are also done through our return portal. If you still have questions or concerns you can follow the instructions below:
- Email support@onbarefoot.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and your preferred size or color.
- Our team will check availability of your requested item and confirm the exchange. If your requested item is unavailable, we will suggest alternatives.
- Once approved, follow the packing and shipping instructions provided by our team. Ship the item to our authorized return address using a trackable courier of your choice. Please send us your tracking number once shipped.
- Your exchange item ships within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your original item.
There is no restocking fee for exchanges. If the exchange item has a different price, you will be charged the difference (higher price) or refunded the difference (lower price).
4. Promotional & Campaign Items
This applies to all items purchased under any promotional offer, including but not limited to:
- Buy One Get One (BOGO) offers
- Buy Two Get One Free promotions
- Bundle deals with discounted pricing
- Free gift items included with a purchase
- Any order placed using a promotional campaign code
If a promotional item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact support@onbarefoot.com immediately. Defective promotional items may be eligible for an exchange (same item only) at our discretion, but not for a refund.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@onbarefoot.com. Please include your order number, photos of the defect or incorrect item, and a description of the issue.
For verified defective or incorrect items (non-promotional), we will:
- Provide a return address and instructions at no additional charge
- Ask you to ship the item back using a trackable courier of your choice (return shipping costs are covered by credit or offset against your refund for verified defects)
- Send a replacement or issue a full refund (your choice)
- Process your claim within 24–48 hours
For defective promotional items, we will offer an exchange for the same item only (subject to availability). Refunds are not available for promotional items, even if defective.
6. Return Shipping
Customer-Initiated Returns & Exchanges
You are responsible for selecting your courier and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once authorized, ship to the address provided in your approval email.
Lost or Damaged Returns
OnBarefoot is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend retaining your tracking number and proof of shipment until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
7. Non-Returnable Circumstances
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Items returned after the 30-day return window (or 30-day exchange window)
- Worn, washed, or altered products
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Promotional or campaign items (unless defective — exchange only)
- Items shipped to an unauthorized address or without prior authorization
- Final sale or clearance items
Refused or Undeliverable Returns
Returns that are refused at delivery or are undeliverable to us will not be reshipped and may result in forfeiture of your refund. Additional fees for storage or disposal may apply.
