Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Important Note: Between 10-20 of February 2026, we will not be able to deliver any orders because of the New Chinese Year.

Order Cut Off

Orders placed before 10:00 AM EEST (Eastern European Summer Time) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM EEST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

What is Processing Time?

Processing time is the period between when your order is placed and when it ships from our warehouse. During this time, we:

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day

Shipping Address

Accuracy is Critical

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Your Address Should Include:

  • Full recipient name
  • Street address (no P.O. boxes for courier deliveries)
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)

Address Changes

Before Shipment: If you need to change your address before your order ships, contact us immediately at support@onbarefoot.com. We will update your address if the order is still in processing.

After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may be able to:

  • Contact the carrier directly to request address correction (fees may apply)
  • Arrange package intercept or hold for pickup

P.O. Boxes

  • Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes
  • If you provide a P.O. box address, we will ship via a compatible carrier
  • Delivery times may be extended for P.O. box addresses

Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You will be notified by email
  • You may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend
  • Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs and restocking fee ($20)

Delivery Issues

Package Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:

First Steps:

  1. Check with household members
  2. Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, reception)
  3. Check with neighbors
  4. Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
  5. Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)

Still Missing? Contact us at support@onbarefoot.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Provide:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Delivery date shown in tracking

We will:

  • Investigate with the carrier
  • File a claim if necessary
  • Work to resolve the issue

Our Responsibility: Once the carrier confirms delivery, the shipment is considered complete. We recommend:

  • Using a secure delivery location
  • Requiring signature confirmation (if available)
  • Installing a security camera or doorbell camera

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not refuse the package - Accept it and inspect contents
  2. Document the damage - Take photos of the box and contents
  3. Contact us immediately at support@onbarefoot.com (within 48 hours)
  4. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Photos of damage
    • Description of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  1. Contact us at support@onbarefoot.com within 7 days
  2. Provide your order number and photos of the item received
  3. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item

Shipping Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs processing
  • High shipping volume (holidays)
  • Pandemics or health emergencies
  • Political events or strikes

We are not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Splitting

If you order multiple items, they may, in extremely rare occasions, ship separately depending on:

  • Warehouse inventory locations
  • Product availability

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. No additional shipping charges apply for split shipments.

Shipping During Holidays

Holiday Processing

During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.):

  • Processing times may extend to 3-5 business days
  • Shipping times may be longer due to carrier volume
  • We will post holiday shipping deadlines on our website

Holiday Shipping Deadlines:

  • We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery before major holidays
  • Last-minute orders should use Fast Shipping

Holiday Closures

Our warehouse and customer service may be closed on major holidays. Orders placed during closures will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is included in our shipping charges for all orders. This covers:

  • Restocking fee ($20) will apply
