Why your feet hurt
Your shoes have been working against your feet
Tap a spot to see why it hurts.
-
When your feet are tilted all day, everything above them adjusts to compensate.
In CascadeYour weight spreads across the whole foot instead of the ball. -
A raised heel tips you forward, and your knees absorb what your feet cannot.
In CascadeNo hard shape pressing on one spot all day. -
A stiff sole stops your foot bending, so the work travels up into your lower legs.
In CascadeYour foot moves instead of being held still. -
Your toes are held in a point all day, so the widest part of your foot carries the pressure.
In CascadeYour toes splay instead of being pressed into a point.
Nothing pressing. Nothing tilting.

Questions
Cascade questions, answered
How should I pick my size in the Cascade?
Most people fit their normal size. Barefoot shoes can run slightly short, so if you are between sizes or have wider feet, going up half a size is the common call. Women and men have separate sizing, switched with the Women and Men buttons at the top.
What are the Cascade made of and what are they best for?
The upper is a breathable, quick dry mesh built for warm weather and light water. They are a great everyday pick for hot days, quick errands, and running around town.
What does the zero drop, 3mm sole feel like?
Your heel and toes sit on the same level, and the ultra thin 3mm sole lets you feel the ground under you. It feels close to walking barefoot, just with a layer of protection.
Do the Cascade need breaking in?
Not much. The upper is soft from day one. If you are new to barefoot shoes, ease in over a week or two so your feet adjust to the thin, flexible sole.
How do I clean the mesh upper?
Wipe with a damp cloth for everyday dirt. For a deeper clean, hand wash in cool water with mild soap and air dry away from direct heat. The quick dry mesh dries fast.
Are the women's and men's Cascade different?
Same design and same benefits. They are sized separately for women and men, so switch between the Women and Men buttons at the top to see the right fit for you.
What is your return policy?
You get a 30 day money back guarantee. If they are not right for you, reach out within 30 days for a full refund. We ship to the US and CA.
