Why your feet hurt

You cannot train well on a foot that is being squeezed

Tap a spot to see why it hurts.

Questions

Pulse questions, answered

What kind of training are these best for?

Pulse is an athletic trainer built for the gym. The flat stable base and thin responsive sole suit lifting, functional work, and everyday training, and the sleek styling carries straight from gym to street.

How should they fit for training?

True to size for most people. Since barefoot shoes can run slightly short, size up half a size if you are between sizes or have wider feet. You want a snug, secure fit with room for your toes to spread. Women and men use separate sizing, switched with the buttons at the top of the page.

Why does the wide toe box matter in the gym?

A wide anatomical toe box lets your toes splay and grip the floor, which gives you a stable base for balance and better power transfer under load. That is a real advantage for lifts and quick changes of direction.

What does the 4mm sole feel like?

The responsive thin 4mm sole keeps you close to the ground for ground feel and control, with a star pattern for traction. Zero drop keeps your heel and toes level for a natural, grounded stance.

Do they handle sweat well?

Yes. The breathable performance mesh moves air during hard sessions, and the quick dry build helps them recover faster after a sweaty workout.

How do I clean them after the gym?

Wipe the mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from direct heat with the insole pulled out if it is removable. Keep them out of the dryer so the mesh and sole hold up.

What is the return policy?

You get a 30 day money back guarantee. If they are not right for your training, return them within 30 days for a full refund. We ship to the US and CA.
