How should I size the Breeze?

Fit true to size for most people. Barefoot shoes can run a little short, so if you are between sizes or have wider feet, go up half a size. Women and men are sized separately, switched with the Women and Men buttons at the top.

What are the Breeze made of and what are they best for?
