Why your feet hurt
Your shoes have been working against your feet
Tap a spot to see why it hurts.
-
When your feet are tilted all day, everything above them adjusts to compensate.
In FlowYour weight spreads across the whole foot instead of the ball. -
A raised heel tips you forward, and your knees absorb what your feet cannot.
In FlowNothing pressing, nothing tilting, nothing stopping your foot moving. -
A stiff sole stops your foot bending, so the work travels up into your lower legs.
In FlowYour foot moves instead of being held still. -
Your toes are held in a point all day, so the widest part of your foot carries the pressure.
In FlowYour toes splay instead of being pressed into a point.
Nothing pressing. Nothing tilting.

Questions
Flow questions, answered
Are these easy to get on without using my hands?
Yes. That is the whole idea. The stretch knit opening flexes wide and the toggle cinch tightens with one pull, so you can step in and go. No sitting down, no bending to tie laces.
What size should I pick?
Flow fits true to size for most people. Barefoot shoes can run slightly short, so if you are between sizes or have wider feet, size up half a size. Women and men have separate sizing, switched with the Women and Men buttons at the top of the page.
What is the upper made of?
A soft stretch knit that adapts to the shape of your foot for a sock like secure fit. It is breathable, so your feet stay cool on errands and travel days.
What does zero drop feel like if I am new to it?
Zero drop means your heel and toes sit at the same height, so you stand and walk in a natural posture. The wide toe box gives your toes room to spread. Ease into longer wear over a week or two so your feet adjust.
How do I clean the knit upper?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let them air dry away from direct heat. Skip the dryer, since high heat can stress the knit and the toggle.
Is the tread good enough for more than pavement?
The multi directional tread grips pavement, tile, and light trails well. For rugged hikes or technical terrain, reach for a dedicated trail style instead.
What is your return policy?
You have a 30 day money back guarantee. If they are not right for you, send them back within 30 days for a full refund. We ship to the US and CA.
