Why your feet hurt

Your shoes have been working against your feet

Tap a spot to see why it hurts.

  1. When your feet are tilted all day, everything above them adjusts to compensate.

In GroveYour weight spreads across the whole foot instead of the ball.

Nothing pressing. Nothing tilting.

What you get with Grove

One light pair for the gym, the walk and the rest of the day

1

Room across the front all day

Questions

Grove questions, answered

What is the style of these?

Grove is a clean minimalist everyday sneaker with a classic gum sole look. It leans low key and versatile, so it pairs easily with jeans, chinos, and casual outfits.

How should I size them?

They fit true to size for most people. Because barefoot shoes can run slightly short, size up half a size if you are between sizes or have wider feet. Women and men use separate sizing, switched with the Women and Men buttons at the top of the page.

How thin is the sole and what will I feel?

The sole is thin and flexible for genuine ground feel, so you sense the surface under you while walking. If you are new to barefoot shoes, build up your wear time gradually so your feet adjust.

Is the toe box actually wide?

Yes. The wide toe box is built under a sleek classic profile, so your toes get room to spread while the shoe keeps a slim everyday silhouette.

What is the upper made of and how do I clean it?

The upper is breathable mesh. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry away from heat. Skip the dryer so the mesh and gum sole keep their shape.

Are these good for a whole day on my feet?

They are light, flexible, and breathable, which makes them comfortable for everyday errands and casual days out. For long hikes or rough trails, choose a trail specific style.

Can I return them?

Yes. There is a 30 day money back guarantee. If they are not right, return them within 30 days for a full refund. We ship to the US and CA.
