Why your feet hurt

A warm boot should not cost you your toes

Questions

Polar questions, answered

How warm are the Polar boots?

Warm and comfortable for cold weather. The plush fleece lining insulates the whole boot and the high top ankle keeps heat in, so they suit winter walking, light hiking and everyday cold days.

Are they waterproof?

They are built for cold and snow rather than deep water. The durable synthetic upper with reinforced stitching handles snow and light moisture, but we would not call them fully waterproof, so keep them out of deep slush and puddles.

How do they grip on snow and ice?

The flexible anti slip rubber tread grips snow and slick pavement for steady footing on winter walks and light trails. As with any boot, take care on solid ice.

Are these truly barefoot boots?

Yes. Polar is zero drop with a wide anatomical toe box and a flexible sole, so your toes can spread and your foot moves naturally, even in a warm high top winter boot.

What size should I get for thick socks?

They fit true to size for most people. If you wear thick winter socks, or you are between sizes or have wider feet, size up a half size for a roomier fit. Women and men have their own sizing, switched with the Women and Men buttons at the top of the page.

How do I care for the upper and fleece lining?

Wipe the synthetic upper with a damp cloth and let the boots air dry naturally away from direct heat. Air out the plush fleece lining between wears so it stays fresh, and never machine dry them.

Can I return them?

Yes. You have a 30 day money back guarantee. Send them back within 30 days for a full refund. We ship to the US and CA.
