Why your feet hurt
A warm boot should not cost you your toes
Tap a spot to see why it hurts.
-
When your feet are tilted all day, everything above them adjusts to compensate.
In TundraYou keep a natural stance on frozen ground. -
A raised heel tips you forward, and your knees absorb what your feet cannot.
In TundraNo hard shape pressing on one spot all day. -
A stiff sole stops your foot bending, so the work travels up into your lower legs.
In TundraYour foot moves instead of being held still. -
Your toes are held in a point all day, so the widest part of your foot carries the pressure.
In TundraYour toes splay even over thick winter socks.
Nothing pressing. Nothing tilting.

Questions
Tundra questions, answered
How warm are the Tundra boots?
Built for real cold. The plush fleece lining runs through the whole boot and the mid ankle padded collar traps heat around your ankle, so they hold up on genuinely cold winter days.
Are they waterproof or water resistant?
These are waterproof. The synthetic leather and oxford cloth upper carries a waterproof treatment that keeps snow, slush and rain out. They are made to handle wet winter conditions.
How is the traction on snow and ice?
The rubber outsole uses a concave hexagonal tread that channels away slush and grips packed snow and wet pavement. It keeps you steady in winter, though we still suggest care on bare ice.
Are these really barefoot boots?
Yes. Tundra is zero drop with a wide toe box and a flexible sole, so your toes can splay and your foot bends naturally. You get full waterproof winter protection without losing the barefoot feel.
What size should I get if I wear thick socks?
They fit true to size for most people. If you plan on thick winter socks, or you are between sizes or have wider feet, size up a half size for extra room. Women and men have separate sizing, picked with the Women and Men buttons at the top of the page.
How do I care for the upper and fleece lining?
Wipe the synthetic leather and oxford cloth with a damp cloth and let the boots air dry naturally away from direct heat, which protects the waterproof treatment. Air out the fleece lining between wears and never machine dry them.
What is the return policy?
You have a 30 day money back guarantee. If they are not right for you, return them within 30 days for a full refund. We ship to the US and CA.
