Why your feet hurt
Your shoes have been working against your feet
Tap a spot to see why it hurts.
-
Your feet tilt, so the rest of you leans to keep up.
In StrideStand flat and it all lines up again. -
A raised heel tips you forward, and your knees absorb what your feet cannot.
In StrideFlat from heel to toe, so you stand level the way you do barefoot. -
A stiff sole stops your foot bending, so the work travels up into your lower legs.
In StrideA 4 mm sole bends with every step, so your foot does its own work. -
Your toes are held in a point all day, so the widest part of your foot carries the pressure.
In StrideA foot shaped toe box lets your toes spread and sit flat.
Nothing pressing. Nothing tilting.
Why it works
What Stride actually does for your feet
Your toes sit where they should
Wide at the toes, like your foot.
You stand level, not tipped
Flat from heel to toe.
Your foot actually bends
Bends with every step.
01 · The sole
You feel the ground again
Thin sole, so your foot can bend. Thick foam stops it.
Insole in
Soft underfoot. Best for concrete and long days.
Insole out
Nothing in the way. Best for grass and short walks.
02 · The upper
Nothing digs in across the widest part
The top is one piece. Nothing is sewn across your toes.
Sewn panels
One piece knitFeel inside your shoe now. That hard seam sits on your toes all day.
03 · The weight
Less to lift, every single step
You lift each shoe about 7,000 times a day. Heavy adds up.
11.5 oz per shoe
Weight you stop lifting, every day
0 lb
One shoe per step, at 7,000 steps a day.

Fit and anatomy
Shaped like a foot
Your toes should sit inside the outline, with room to spread.
Your foot is widest across the toes. Most shoes are widest further back, so your toes get squeezed toward each other all day.
- Wideat the toes
- 0 mmheel drop
- 4 mmsole
No seam across the top, so nothing digs in.
Questions
What people ask before buying
How do I pick my size?
Order your normal size. Wide feet, go up a half.
What are they made of?
A one piece breathable knit upper that feels sock like, on a thin 4 mm sole with a chevron tread. The toe box is wide and foot shaped, so your toes have room to spread.
Will they hurt at first?
Your feet should feel roomy straight away. Your calves are the part that needs time, because they finally get to work. Start with a few hours a day and build up over two weeks. Keep the insole in while you do.
How do I clean them?
Wipe them with a damp cloth for everyday marks. For a deeper clean, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, take the insoles out first, and let everything air dry. Skip the dryer.
I am on my feet all day. Will these actually help?
That is who they are built for. Standing all day in a narrow shoe with a raised heel keeps your toes squeezed and your weight pushed onto the ball of your foot. These take all three of those away. Most people notice the difference in the first week, and the roomy front is usually what they notice first.
My feet are wide. Will they fit?
The toe box is foot shaped rather than tapered, so there is real room across the front. If you are between sizes or your feet are on the wider side, size up by half. If the fit is not right you have 30 days to send them back for a full refund.
Can I wear these all day, or only for short walks?
All day, once you are through the first two weeks. Keep the insole in for long days on concrete or tile. Take it out when you want more ground feel. One pair covers both.
What if they do not work for me?
Wear them for 30 days. If they are not the most comfortable shoes you own, send them back for a full refund. You keep the risk on us, not on you.
Will they look like orthopaedic shoes?
No. There are no logos and no bulky shaping, just a clean knit upper on a thin sole. They read as ordinary everyday sneakers, which is the point.
