Good to know
Stride questions, answered
How do I pick my size?
The Stride fits true to size for most people. Order your usual sneaker size. If you are between sizes or have a wider foot, size up by half. Women and men each have their own sizing, so use the Women or Men switch to land on the right fit.
What is the difference between the women's and men's version?
They are built on different lasts so the proportions match each foot. Use the Women or Men switch at the top of the page, then pick your size from that range.
What are they made of?
A one-piece breathable knit upper that feels sock-like, on a thin zero-drop sole with a chevron tread. The toe box is wide and foot-shaped, so your toes have room to spread. They are light, around 65% lighter than a typical sneaker.
What is a zero-drop sole?
Your heel and toes sit on the same level, the way you stand barefoot. The sole is thin and flexible so your feet can move naturally and feel the ground.
Do they need breaking in?
Most people wear them comfortably right away. If you are new to barefoot shoes, start with a few hours a day and build up over a week or two so your feet adjust to the natural feel.
How do I clean them?
Wipe them down with a damp cloth for everyday marks. For a deeper clean, machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, remove the insoles first, and let everything air dry. Skip the dryer.
What if they are not for me?
Wear them for 30 days. If they are not the most comfortable shoes you own, send them back for a full refund.
